Inspired by research into pangolins, I was thrilled to discover that a real star constellation named Manis – the genus name for pangolins – exists in the celestial charts. Each star in this lithograph, including its size and placement, is based on a scientifically accurate star map of the Manis constellation. Through this work, the cosmic connection between nature and mythology is drawn with intention and precision.
